Este o stare in care organismul nostru reactioneaza la oscilatiile meteorologice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Primavara si&nbsp;<strong>meteodependenta<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Primavara este anotimpul in care creste frecventa&nbsp; cazurilor de&nbsp;<strong>meteodependenta<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specialistii&nbsp; afirma ca vinovate de aceste stari sunt : perioada lunga de absenta a soarelui, concentratia scazuta de melatonina secretata la nivelul creierului, carenta de vitamine precum si efortul depus de organismul uman de face fata diferentelor termice. In cazul unui organism cu sistem imunitar scazut din cauza bolilor reactioneaza mai intens la fluctuatiile de temperatura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senzatiile fizice ca durerea de cap, de articulatii, acufene sau vertij, de \u201ccap greu\u2019\u2019 sunt insotite si de fenomene psihice. Cel mai des intalnite sunt starile depresive,&nbsp; oboseala puternica, tristete, tulburari de concentrare, cresterea apetitului. Persoanele cu un istoric de boala depresiva sunt sensibile in aceasta perioada si ar fi momentul sa reia legatura cu terapeutul sau .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Sfaturi pentru a combate&nbsp;<strong>meteodependenta<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Cateva sfaturi menite sa va ajute sa asteptati vara cu zambetul pe buze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>lasati soarele sa intre cat mai mult in casa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nu va baricadati in spatele draperiilor chiar daca ploua torential, lumina naturala este mult mai sanatoasa decat lumina neonului<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>imbracati-va bine si iesiti afara , chiar daca ploua , cel putin o ora pe zi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>faceti eforturi fizice, crescand astfel presiunea&nbsp; sangelui<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dupa o iarna, oricat de blanda ar fi fost, organismul resimte lipsa de vitamine, in special vitamina &nbsp;C, D si e indicat sa faceti o cura de vitamine si minerale<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>inconjurati-va de lucruri frumoase: o carte buna, o muzica relaxanta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e momentul sa va amintiti de hobby-ul dv<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nu lasati gandurile negative sa va invaluie, alungati-le cu ajutorul exercitiilor de relaxare sau meditatia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>e momentul sa va rasfatati&nbsp; cu ceva demult visat, satisfaceti-va chiar si cele mai mici bucurii<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>profitati de vreme si socializati mai mult: o invitatie la cafea, un film in compania prietenilor&nbsp; pot schimba dispozitia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu uitati ca, dupa ploaie, intotdeauna apare curcubeul !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Daca simtiti ca vremea va afecteaza, va astept la o discutie benefica.
